Voalte App (Hillrom Alerts) downtime – June 7, 3 – 6 a.m.

All clinical and business areas using Voalte for GE Patient Monitor alarms and alerts will undergo downtime for upgrade on June 7 from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.
The impact will be as follows:
System downtime June 7th
Voalte will be available for secure communication; however, GE Alerts and Alarms will not pass through to Voalte during the scheduled downtime.
During the downtime:
- Please continue to use Voalte for time-sensitive, secure communication.
- Any other applications installed on the iPhones, such as Airstrip, Jabber, etc., will be unaffected and should be used as normal.
- Staff should refer to the alerts from the monitors and notifications from the Monitor Techs.
- Monitor Techs should utilize Voalte or call a unit directly to communicate with nursing.
After the system upgrade, a message will be sent to all Voalte users notifying them that GE alarms and alerts are passing through to Voalte again.
