Voalte App downtime – April 13 and 26

All clinical and business areas using Voalte will be affected

The impact will be as follows:

System downtime on April 13 and 26

Voalte will be unavailable on April 13 and 26 from 5–7 a.m. for a critical system update.

During the downtime:

  • Attempting to log into Voalte will result in a login error.
  • Any other applications installed on the iPhones will be unaffected and should be used as usual (i.e., Airstrip, Jabber).
  • Staff should refer to the alerts from the monitors and notifications from the Monitor Techs.
  • Nursing and RTs should utilize the phone system to make any calls.
  • Monitor Techs should call a unit directly to communicate with nursing.

After the upgrade, a message will be placed on the overview report above the LLEAP patient chart to serve as a notice that Voalte is back up and operational. This report will remain for four hours after posting.
