Visitor Management System update

We are preparing for the soft launch of our new Visitor Management System at the TMC and Grand Hallway on September 5. This system is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the individuals present within our premises. Our vision is to implement this technology throughout our campus in a phased approach.

Please familiarize yourself with this instruction guide in preparation to best respond to questions from visitors, patients, and vendors. 

Please note:

• When entering the patient or employee name, it must be an exact match. For those visiting a new baby, the mother’s name will be used as the patient name.
• For our vendors, they will continue using Vendormate as their primary identification and check-in method, the new Visitor Management System will also be needed to grant access.

Your feedback and engagement will be invaluable as we refine and enhance the system over time.
