Virtual Employee Benefits Fair starts November 1

Loma Linda University Health will hold a virtual Employee Benefits Fair during Open Enrollment this year, November 1 to November 15. Employees are encouraged to visit the benefits fair, where they will have access to on-demand resources regarding their benefits, available services, and Open Enrollment.

This event serves employees working for all Loma Linda University Health entities, except Faculty Medical Group administrative support and clinical faculty, and LLU students.

LLUH will host internal and external vendors and campus representatives highlighting educational, clinical and wellness benefits and services, as well as benefits such as the employee retirement plan, health plan, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and more.

This year, the benefits fair has some exciting new features. Single sign-on (SSO) will be implemented for easy access and eliminates the hassle of registration requirements. We encourage you to create or update your user profile. This will be an option that pops up after initial sign-in. Your user profile information must be up to date in order to be eligible for opportunity drawings. Lastly, attendees can now request a meeting with exhibitors (if exhibitors offer this feature at their booth).

Human Resource Management, sponsor of the Virtual Employee Benefits Fair, is offering incentives to employees to visit each of the booths to obtain valuable information. Eligible participants may qualify to win booth prizes donated by the exhibitors (valued at $50 or more). Drawings will be held by the end of November. Winners will be notified by email.

• Retirement benefits.
• Life and disability benefits.
• Educational financial wellness platform.
• Flu shots from Employee Health.
• Fire Extinguisher Training from the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) booth.
• Various clinical services and programs.
• Updated outlines of benefits from Human Resource Management depicting benefit changes.

Access to the Virtual Employee Benefits Fair event site will be available November 1.
