Tap login access to expire for staff not using one-badge system

Starting July 20, the Information Services department will begin removal of one-badge tap login access for individual clinical staff members who are not using this capability. This effort is part of our focus to optimize our costs. 

The license removal will be based on the criteria below: 

  1. When the user badge has not been used within a 3-month period after initial access has been granted (applies to all users). 
  2. When no badge tap (login) has occurred within a 6-month period (applies only to attending physicians and students). 
  3. When less than 50 badge taps (logins) have occurred within a 3-month period (applies to all users; physicians and students excluded). 

If your badge tap access is removed and you feel that it should not have been, please contact the Service Desk at ext. 48889 or 909-558-8008.
