Submit a nomination for the winter DAISY Award

The DAISY Foundation was established in 1999 by The Barnes Family to recognize the extraordinary work nurses do every day. DAISY is an acronym that stands for Diseases Attacking the Immune System.
The DAISY award is presented to licensed nurses in recognition of their talent and dedication to the mission, vision, and values of Loma Linda University Health. DAISY Award nominees and honorees personify LLUH’s remarkable patient experience, and those selected to receive the DAISY Award are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community because of their clinical expertise and the extraordinary compassionate care they provide to our patients
Nominations are open now through October 31 for the winter DAISY Award. Submit your nomination and a detailed story of the extraordinary care here.
