Risk Management’s Explanation of Benefits are going green

Employees who are enrolled in Risk Management health plans will no longer automatically receive Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) documents in the mail as of February 15, 2023. Risk Management is transitioning from paper EOBs to reduce mailing and printing costs and the impact on the environment.
EOBs are documents that inform you how a claim has been processed. An EOB is NOT a bill. You can access your EOBs electronically through MyChart and will receive an EOB alert as claims are processed. Individuals can also go to MyChart to opt-out of electronic delivery and receive printed copies. Instructions available at the link below.
