MIDAS downtime – October 24 and October 31

Electronic Event Reporting (EER) will be down from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24 and again on Tuesday, October 31 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. This downtime includes MIDAS Care Management and Statit.

Preparing for downtime:
Employees should log out of EERs and save any work in MIDAS Care Management prior to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24 and on Tuesday, October 31. This includes any work in EERs and Focus Studies.

During downtime:
Employees can submit reports by completing the EER Downtime Reporting Form at the bottom of the EER One Portal page. Please remind employees to submit the completed form to their supervisor.
