MIDAS downtime – June 20

Electronic Event (EER) Reporting will be down from 0500 - 0800 on Thursday, June 20. This downtime includes MIDAS Care Management and Statit.

Preparing for downtime:
Employees should log out of EERs and save any work in MIDAS Care Management before 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 20. This includes work in EERs and Focus Studies.

During downtime:
Employees can submit reports by completing the EER Downtime Reporting Form at the bottom of the EER One Portal page. Please remind employees to submit the completed form to their supervisor.
