The LLUH badge project comes to a successful close

The 2023 Badge Replacement Project, a significant undertaking, tentatively closed in February 2024. The team diligently completed most transition activities in late March and officially closed the project in early May, marking the end of a successful implementation. 

This project required the active cooperation of the 26,720 LLU faculty, physicians, employees, students, volunteers, and administrators who comprise our LLUH community. We are deeply grateful for their efforts in ensuring their badges were replaced and fully functional on the devices and systems critical to them.

Nearly 400 people stepped aside from their day-to-day jobs to provide directed leadership or assistance to one or more parts of this project. Many more likely assisted in various capacities and are not captured on this list. Each and every one of these individuals worked tirelessly for the past two years to ensure that each badge was printed correctly, encoded accurately, and worked on each of the critical campus devices. The success of this project is a testament to their dedication and hard work.
