LLEAP system pause scheduled for April 11

Users will need to log back in after the pause.

The Epic electronic medical record system — known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — will pause on Tuesday, April 11, between 10:30–10:45 p.m. for a system update.

The update will cause a pause for approximately 15 minutes. Users can expect to see a pop-up message during the pause stating, "Environment is paused for server updates." Once the pause is complete, users should log out of LLEAP and immediately log back in.
