LLEAP system pause – July 25

All clinical and business areas using LLEAP will be affected.

The Epic electronic medical record system — known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — will pause on Tuesday, July 25, between 10:30–10:45 p.m. for a system update.

The impact will be as follows:

The update will cause a pause for approximately 15 minutes. Users can expect to see a pop-up message during the pause stating, "Environment is paused for server updates." Once the pause is complete, users must log out of LLEAP and immediately log back in.
