LLEAP Spring Upgrade April 20-21, 2024

All clinical and business areas using LLEAP will be affected
A LLEAP Upgrade will be applied to the Epic electronic medical record system — known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — on Tuesday, April 16 through Sunday, April 21.
To prepare for the update, employees are encouraged to complete the training available on the Learning Home Dashboards within LLEAP.
The impacts will be as follows:
Workflow and tool limitations, April 16-21.
Limitations will begin at 7 a.m. April 16 and be lifted by 3 a.m. April 21 following the upgrade go-live. Tool limitations will include the ability to immediately correct duplicate encounters or admission errors and similar errors. Issues must be reported to the Service Desk (ext. 48889) and will be corrected after the upgrade.
Additionally during this time period, changes cannot be made that customize certain aspects of your workflows. Customization options that will be temporarily unavailable include:
• Creating or editing SmartPhrases and SmartLinks
• Personalizing Radar dashboards
• Creating, editing and sharing NoteWriter macros
• Moving your Notes
• Creating or editing QuickActions
• Saving SlicerDicer sessions
If you have questions, contact your IS Application Services Specialist.

• From the Windows start menu, select the LLEAP-SRO icon, or
• From the Citrix folder, select the LLEAP-SRO icon.
• Sign in using your standard login and password.
• You will be able to view but not update data.
For questions, please contact the Service Desk at ext. 48889 or visit the EHR One Portal page.
