LLEAP downtime on June 5

A critical update will be applied to the Epic electronic medical record system — known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — on Wednesday, June 5 from 12:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Please use downtime procedures and the “Supports Read Only” (SRO) server to view patient data during the downtime. This shadow server is a near-real-time copy of Production.

To use the SRO shadow server from any workstation:

• From the Windows start menu, select the LLEAP-SRO icon, or

• From the Citrix folder, select the LLEAP-SRO icon

• Sign in using your standard login and password

• You will be able to view but not update data.
