LLEAD will replace PeoplePortal by the end of 2023

LLEAD is a single, easy-to-use portal that will serve as a one-stop shop where employees can view paychecks, payroll information, benefits, personal data, recruiting, and so much more. Please make any last changes to your employee data in PeoplePortal before December 6, 2023 to ensure a smooth transition to LLEAD.

Why LLEAD?:

• Streamlined HR Functions: LLEAD makes processes more efficient and user-friendly. Gone are the days of navigating complex systems.
• Centralized Information: LLEAD offers a unified platform where employees can easily access and update essential information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

User-friendly training approach:

• No Formal Training: All training materials will be conveniently available within the system through our Guided Learning widget, offering real-time, on-the-spot training. 
• Watch a 3-minute video: In December, everyone will receive a link to a brief video that explains how to use the Guided Learning widget effectively.
• Getting Started Guide: The video will direct you to a comprehensive Getting Started Guide, helping you navigate the system and locate additional how-to guides within the in-system widget whenever you need assistance.
