Krames — patient education upgrade

The current patient education system, Krames, is being upgraded to Krames on FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability) in late February. Krames on FHIR will allow healthcare providers to send their patients education materials through MyChart. Patients will be able to access the education materials at any time, and providers can review patient progress. Users can expect training from department educators in the upcoming weeks.
