It’s officially flu season — annual flu vaccine reminder

To help reduce the potential of flu transmission across the organization, Loma Linda University Health requires all employees to receive a flu vaccination or have a declination form documented by December 31, 2022.

Employee Health Services will provide employees the following opportunities to receive the flu vaccine on campus this month:

• Loma Linda campus clinics 
  • October schedule
• Murrieta campus clinics
  • October schedule
• Mobile unit clinics – p.m. and night shift

Employees who receive the flu vaccination outside of the LLUH clinics provided must complete the received elsewhere form.

Reminders:

• Please wear a mask when you visit the on-site clinic.
• Please practice social distancing from others when possible.
• Please remember to bring your badge.
