Join the Living Whole Wellness team for January’s Deskercise session! You will be guided through exercises to get your whole body moving and improve your strength.

Challenge yourself to do one strength, cardiovascular, and stretching Deskercise each week!

Deskercise only takes a few minutes of your time and is an excellent break to incorporate into your work day.
