Loma Linda University Health is excited to introduce Healthy Harvest, an initiative that brings locally sourced produce from California farms to the Dennis and Carol Troesh Medical Campus cafeteria menu items. We are happy to bring this fresh and sustainable addition to your dining experience. Cafeteria guests can discover these locally sourced ingredients in chef-inspired dishes, whole fruits, and beverages, all of which will be distinguished by a “Healthy Harvest” heart sticker.
