Enterprise Imaging (PACS) downtime on August 18

Enterprise Imaging (PACS) will have a downtime on August 18, beginning at 8 a.m., and will be unavailable until approximately 2 p.m. The upgrade will enhance system performance and user experience. Users will transition to Enterprise Imaging Auxiliary during this time, while EPIC and Powerscribe will remain operational. A Citrix version of the auxiliary system will be available for clinical use. PACS admins will assist both onsite and remotely. Images will not be viewable in EPIC during the downtime, and users should use Citrix to access images using their usual login credentials.
