Are you tired of feeling stiff and uncomfortable at the office? Join the Living Whole Wellness team for the newest session of Deskercise! 

This month we will guide you through five movements to increase flexibility and relieve stiff muscles so you can feel your best at your desk. Incorporate a few minutes of stretching into your day and notice the difference.
