Enhance your cardiovascular fitness with Living Whole’s Deskercise

The Living Whole Wellness Program invites you to join in our next Deskercise session! This month, we guide you through cardiovascular exercises that will increase your heart rate. Challenge yourself to participate in Deskercise two times a week during a break. It’s a great way to increase blood flow, get your eyes off the screen, and improve energy levels.
