The Living Whole Wellness Program invites you to join this month's Deskercise session! Challenge yourself to participate in Deskercise two times a week during a break as we guide you through cardiovascular exercises that will increase your heart rate. Cardiovascular exercises are a great way to increase blood flow, get your eyes off the screen, and improve energy levels.
