Emergency notifications

When emergencies happen, LLUH Alerts keeps you informed
Get real-time updates in an on-campus emergency through our emergency notification system. LLUH provides emergency notifications to employees via text, phone call, and smartphone app. The Everbridge Smartphone app provides several advantages:
· Ability to set a distinctive alert tone for high priority messages with life safety information
· Works on Wi-Fi or cellular to overcome in-building cellular dead spots
We recommend all students and employees install the Everbridge app for emergency notifications by going to the App Store or Google Play Store and searching for “Everbridge.”
Installation Instructions:
The Everbridge app is activated using LLUH’s Single Sign On (SSO). Just follow the following four steps to get set up:
1. Open the Everbridge app and click on “Find an Organization or Subscription”
2. Search for “LLUH” and click on “Loma Linda University Health: LLUH Alerts”
3. Enter your LLUH email and password on the SSO login page
Note: the LLUH email used for SSO is case sensitive, so “John Smith” may be JSmith@llu.edu or JohnSmith@llu.edu; check your Outlook profile for exact format
4. Be sure to enable “push” notifications so you can continue to receive notifications after closing the app and set your alert tones to something that will get your attention

Existing Everbridge app users:
Due to recent maintenance and software updates, we recommend that you update to the latest version of the app, verify that you are logged in, and confirm your settings as follows:
