EHR update scheduled for March 26

Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, LLEAP, will be upgraded to the latest version on Sunday, March 26. To prepare for the update, please note the following key dates:

• Training materials will be available beginning Tuesday, February 28 on One Portal and Epic Learning Home Dashboards.
• Background data and processes will begin to be upgraded on Wednesday, March 22 — this transparent upgrade will limit some workflows and tools but generally will not impact end users. 
• A four-hour downtime will begin Saturday, March 25 at 11 p.m. Every workstation has a nearby red downtime BCA binder that contains the procedures to follow during each downtime.
• The scheduled update will then go live Sunday, March 26 at 3 a.m.
