Business Location Update – required for all employees
All employees will be required to update their business address beginning March 11 to ensure we have accurate data in the Outlook address book and Microsoft Teams. This data is also used by departments to route mail and packages and to target communication effectively. This information is also critical in an emergency situation.
Employees can update their information here or by following the link that will be sent in an automated email from LLUHServicePortal@llu.edu. A series of email reminders will be sent until the employee updates their information. Employees may not use proxies to fill in their information and must submit their information by May 9.
Please contact your department head if you need clarification on your business location. Note, remote employees will need to choose their business office location located on campus.
