This applies to full-time, benefit-eligible employees at MC, CH, MC-M, SS, LLU, and UHC.

The employer-paid basic life insurance coverage for full-time, benefit-eligible employees is $100,000, plus $50,000 for accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage. Additional no-cost benefits are available for will preparation and funeral planning services provided by Voya through Empathy.

Empathy is a bereavement support service through Voya, here to help you and your family prepare for the future and navigate challenges associated with loss. Here are some of the services available:
