Facial Hair Restriction
In light of our current situation with COVID-19, it has become necessary to change practice and policy to ensure we are all taking action to avoid exposure and the spread of the virus. Effective immediately, any facial hair that impedes the seal of an N95 respirator mask will need to be shaved if you are to remain at work.
We appreciate that for some, this is a sacrifice; however, this is critical to be able to allow the proper PPE for your safety as well as the safety of our patients.
Designated Work Areas
For the protection of you and our patients, all employees must stay in their designated work area unless there is a clinical need to be in another part of the clinical setting. Breaks should be taken in your designated area. At this time, there should be limited traffic throughout the facility unless clinically necessary.
