Employee Health Reminders
Please only request an occupational medicine appointment if you are having symptoms and need to see a provider after being exposed at work.
- If you have no known work exposure and need to be seen, please schedule an appointment with your primary care provider.
- If you are asymptomatic, please do not call to schedule an appointment.
- If you need to report an exposure and have no symptoms, you do not need a medical appointment. Please email covid19_Employee_health@llu.edu for guidance on steps for quarantine.
Check Requests
Departments should refrain from requesting to pick up checks in person until further notice. Finance Services will mail all checks via intercampus mail or directly to the supplier.
