Food donations
We are grateful to the numerous organizations and families that have donated food and drinks for employees. In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and abide by our organizational guidelines, please keep in mind the following parameters for food donations:
- All donations of food must be arranged through the Office of Philanthropy by calling Erica Goetz at 909-558-3522 or Matt Miller at 909-558-3582. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept walk-in donations of food.
- External vendors are not permitted to personally distribute food/meals to staff in compliance with the current visitor policy.
- We cannot accept food donations of seafood or pork. Additionally, we cannot receive any items with peanuts as an ingredient unless that food (such as a snack or protein bar) has been prepackaged by the vendor or manufacturer.
- We cannot accept food/meal donations unless they are prepacked and/or boxed for individual portions. For example, we cannot accept donations of pizza in a traditional box; however, individual slices of pizza prepackaged by the vendor will be accepted.
